Children 5 to 7 years old and 8 to 10 years old
Auditions for children5 to 7 and 8 to 10 years old, with or without previous ballet training, will be held in June and September.
Children should bring ballet practice clothes and ballet slippers. Pre-registration is recommended. Registration on the day of the audition will take place one hour prior the beginning of the audition.
Children must be 5 years old by August 31, 2008 to enroll for the 2008-09 fall semester.

There is a $40 application fee for auditions. Please bring a picture in first arabesque, a head shot and a birth certificate.
Audition dates for the 2008-2009 school year.

Students 11 years old and up
All students 11 years old and up are expected to have had previous ballet training.
Auditions are held in June and September.
Students must bring ballet practice clothes, ballet slippers and pointe shoes.
Pre-registration is recommended. Registration on the day of the audition will take place one hour prior the beginning of the audition.
There is a $40 application fee for auditions. Please bring a picture in first arabesque, a head shot and a letter explaining why you are choosing Studio Maestro as your dance school.

AUDITIONS BY APPOINTMENT
Once audition dates have passed, Studio Maestro may audition students 8 to 10 years old for any available spaces until the end of September. Students 11 to 13 may audition until end of October. Students 14 and up may audition throughout the year. Please call (212)-787-1178 to schedule an appointment.
There is a $60 application fee for auditions by appointment. Please bring a picture in first arabesque and a head shot.

AUDITIONS BY VIDEO
Studio Maestro may audition students by video for any available spaces until the end of September.
There is a $80 application fee for auditions by video. Please send a picture in first arabesque,
a head shot, an application form, rules and regulations and the application fee along with the video.The video guidelines can be downloaded from the forms page.
